USAGE: Accounts for heating and compressor fuel, compressor starts and pipeline operating losses. Gas re-delivered onto the NGTL System at storage connections do not attract a usage allocation.

MVAR: Is the difference between Total System Deliveries (including usage) and Total System Receipts compared to the change in Linepack over the same period. MVAR is allocated as a percentage of total receipts less storage receipts.

Usage plus MVAR: The sum of Usage and Measurement Variance (loss or gain).
